About these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and TEK SOLUTIONS LLC d/b/a Yavardi (“Yavardi,” “we,” “us”). They apply to www.yavardi.com, calculator.yavardi.com, and related pages (the “Site”). They do not govern services Yavardi provides to clients under a separate written agreement.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes related to evaluating Yavardi and its services. You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law or the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems, or interfere with their operation;
- use automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to copy or collect content from the Site, other than standard search-engine indexing, without our written permission;
- use Site content to train or develop machine-learning models without our written permission;
- submit false information or information about another person without authorization;
- reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from Site content except as permitted below.
Ownership and intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, page designs, the Reconstruction Tax™ calculator and its methodology, reports, analyses, and other materials, are owned by Yavardi or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. No other license is granted.
Trademarks. YAVARDI, the Yavardi logos, DOMINION, and RECONSTRUCTION TAX are trademarks of TEK SOLUTIONS LLC d/b/a Yavardi. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Other names and logos that appear on the Site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.
Downloadable materials. Reports and analyses provided through the Site are for your internal use and may not be redistributed or published without our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party websites and services (for example LinkedIn, Microsoft Bookings, and document hosting). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Affiliate and partner references. Where the Site references a third-party program or partner relationship, the reference describes only that relationship and does not mean the third party endorses Yavardi or that Yavardi’s products are certified by, integrated with, or jointly offered with that third party unless expressly stated.
No professional advice
Site content is general information about legal operations and law-firm economics. It is not legal, accounting, tax, investment, or financial advice, and using the Site does not create an attorney-client, advisory, or other professional relationship. You should consult qualified advisors about your circumstances.
Reconstruction Tax™ calculator
Estimate only. Reconstruction Tax™ results are illustrative estimates based on information and assumptions provided by the user. They do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, investment, or financial advice and should not be treated as an audit or determination of actual losses.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter and for any decision you make based on the results.
- The calculator applies fixed assumptions (for example, the share of matters assumed to require reconstruction and the hours assumed per event) that may not reflect your firm.
- Benchmarks shown in the calculator are general reference ranges, not statements about any particular firm.
- Results are informational and are not a guarantee or prediction of any financial outcome.
Submissions
When you submit information through the Site, you confirm you are authorized to provide it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential client information or information protected by privilege through the Site.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YAVARDI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE CALCULATOR.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Yavardi against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
